• Day Care services
• Boarding services
• Dog Walking services
• Dog Bath services
• Dog Pick Up & Drop Off services

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about their pets
• Ensuring pets are properly vaccinated and healthy
• Informing staff of any special needs or medical conditions
• Picking up pets at the agreed-upon time

4. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal information including:

• Contact information (name, email, phone)
• Pet information (name, breed, age, medical history)
• Service preferences and booking history

This information is used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

5. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation before the service day. Same-day cancellations incur a $20 charge per dog.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets, PawPals.oc is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur during service provision.
